Bhavano is a property marketplace for homes, plots, PG accommodation, coworking desks, storage space and commercial space across India, so a move or a small-business setup can be handled in one place. Listings are checked before they go live and our team can take down ones that break the rules. See how we keep listings clean, including what we don't verify yet.

No — browsing and searching listings is open to everyone. You only need to log in to post an ad, favourite a listing, or message a seller.

Click Login and choose either Continue with Google or Phone OTP(we'll text you a one-time code). There's no separate signup step — logging in the first time creates your account.

Click + Post ad, pick a category, then a transaction type (buy/sell/rent/lease, where applicable), fill in the details, review, and post. It's free.

Houses, apartments, villas, plots, PG/hostel accommodation, storage space, coworking desks and commercial spaces — each with its own set of relevant fields (bedrooms, sharing type, seat type, and so on).

Ads run for 30 days by default. You can also mark a listing Sold/Rented, or deactivate it early, from My listings.

Yes. Open My listings and click Edit on any listing to change the price, title, specs, category details, or status.

If it's a genuinely new area we don't have on file yet, it gets added automatically once you post — you don't need it to already exist.

Open the listing and use "Contact owner" — it starts a message thread with them, which you can carry on from Messages. You'll need to be logged in, and we'll ask you to sign in at that point if you aren't.

Yes — tap the heart on any listing card to favourite it (requires login), then view everything you've saved under Favourites.

No — Bhavano is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers directly; we don't verify ownership, condition, or legal title of anything listed. Always verify documents and inspect a property or item in person before paying anyone. See our Terms of Service.

Go to your profile page. We can auto-detect your city from your browser's location, but it's only ever a suggestion to review — it's never saved without you clicking Save.

My listings — it shows every ad you've posted, its status (active/sold/rented/deactivated), and view/favourite counts.

Click your name in the top-right corner and choose Logout.

Every listing goes through automated checks before it goes live (banned content, price sense-check and a duplicate-photo check), and our team reviews and can take down listings that break the standards. We don't inspect properties or verify every owner's documents. Details on our Trust & Safety page.

Contact us with a link to the listing (or its title and city) and what's wrong — we'll take a look.
